A deposit (30–40%) is required to secure a booking. Full balance is due 45–60 days before arrival unless otherwise stated.
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices may change prior to deposit confirmation due to supplier adjustments, park fee changes, or currency fluctuations.
Clients must ensure passport validity, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance requirements are met.
Requested changes may incur additional costs including lodge penalties, flight rebooking fees, or park reissue fees.
We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to safety, weather, park regulations, or operational reasons.
